Contact Nysa

Start with a conversation. Find the right next step.

Every organisation and visitor environment is different. Tell us what you would like to improve and we can help identify a practical starting point.

You do not need to know which service you need before getting in touch. An initial conversation is an opportunity to explore your goals, questions and current visitor information.

Not sure where to start?

Let’s have a conversation.

An initial conversation is free and carries no obligation. There is no special preparation required—we will guide the discussion and help make the options clear.

We can discuss:

  • your organisation and current visitor experience
  • the visitors you want to support
  • existing accessibility information and resources
  • current challenges and opportunities
  • how the Nysa Sensory 360 Framework works
  • which service or package may be appropriate
  • practical next steps, timescales and priorities

What happens next?

A straightforward route from conversation to delivery.

The exact process depends on the venue and project, but we will always explain what is included, what information is needed and what happens at each stage.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We discuss the organisation, visitors, objectives and existing information.

  2. 02

    Proposal

You receive a clear recommendation, scope, timescale and cost for the agreed work.

  3. 03

    Assessment

We assess the visitor journey and environment at a scale appropriate to the project.

  4. 04

    Creation

Findings become practical recommendations and the agreed visitor resources.

  5. 05

    Launch and support

Resources are prepared for use and can be reviewed as the venue or information changes.

Frequently asked questions

Useful things to know before getting in touch.

How long does an assessment take?

The time depends on the size and complexity of the venue and the resources being created. Nysa will provide a clear proposed timeline before work begins.

Can we choose an individual service?

Yes. Guides, maps and virtual tours can be commissioned individually or as part of the complete Nysa Sensory 360 service. Each project includes an assessment scaled to the work, so the final resource is grounded in the actual venue and visitor journey.

Does Nysa only work in Wales?

No. Nysa supports organisations across the UK, with a particular focus on North Wales and the North West.

Can you work with our existing accessibility information?

Yes. Existing guides, access statements, maps and web content can be reviewed as part of discovery. Useful material can be retained, clarified and developed rather than recreated without reason.

What types of organisation does Nysa support?

Nysa works across the public, private and third sectors, including attractions, leisure venues, museums, theatres, councils, healthcare, education, festivals, parks and community organisations.
